Illuminate yourevent experience

GP Lasers builds 50-foot sponsor logos, volumetric beam architecture and true 3D animation into your program — the moment an audience remembers long after the photo and the recap video have failed to capture it.

Where everyone else leaves a gap

Three ways the laser gets ordered. One way it gets designed.

Planners usually choose between a beam specialist, a large AV production house, or a local operator running an off-the-shelf content library. Each leaves something on the table. GP Lasers was built in the space between them.

vs. boutique laser specialists

Show design, not just beam output

Specialist shops sell photons. We sell a run-of-show: cue-by-cue design mapped to your keynote script, sponsor beats and walk-in music, delivered in the language planners already use.

vs. full-service AV houses

No sub-contract markup, no lost brief

Large AV production houses sub the laser package out and mark it up. GP Lasers owns the rigs, the operators and the animation studio — you brief the people who actually run the show.

vs. template operators

Custom content for every single room

Off-the-shelf ecosystems recycle stock frames from show to show. Every GP production ships bespoke 3D artwork and a logo build drawn from your brand files, scaled to the room we surveyed.

Capabilities

Everything that makes a room go quiet, then loud

50-foot sponsor logos

Your sponsor's mark drawn in light across a ballroom in a single continuous stroke — the reveal moment no photo or video capture can flatten.

3D laser animation

A staffed animation studio builds product reveals, data sculptures and brand sequences in true volumetric 3D, timed to your show clock.

Multi-room synchronisation

One timecode, many spaces. Ballroom, foyer and rooftop fire as one cue stack so a 4,000-person program feels like a single production.

Volumetric beam architecture

Beam tables, aerial ceilings and haze design engineered to the room's truss plot — atmosphere that reads from row one and row sixty alike.

Safety, variance & insurance

Audience-scanning paperwork, variance filing, LSO on site and venue-ready certificates of insurance handled before load-in — never your problem.

Sponsor ROI capture

Every show ships with a post-event asset kit: broadcast-grade capture, impression counts and a renewal-ready recap for your sponsor.

What partners say
The sponsor logo came up fifty feet wide and the room stood up. Our renewal conversation was over before the lights came back.

VP, Event Strategy · Lumen Group

We used to sub lasers through our AV house and lose the brief in translation. Now we brief GP directly and quote the same week.

Marcus Ferreira

Program Director · Meridian DMC

Variance, insurance, LSO — all handled before I asked. That alone is why they're on every program we build now.

FAQ

Answers before you brief us

How far ahead do we need to book?

Most programs lock 8–12 weeks out, which leaves room for a site survey, artwork approvals and variance filing. We hold a small number of rapid-turn slots each quarter for shows inside 3 weeks.

Is audience-scanning laser safe in a ballroom?

Yes, when it is engineered and filed correctly. Every GP production includes a Laser Safety Officer on site, audience-scanning calculations, a filed variance and venue-ready certificates of insurance.

Can you work alongside our existing AV partner?

Routinely. We take timecode or cue calls from the show caller and integrate with the lighting, video and audio teams already on the plot. We supply our own power, haze plan and operators.

What do you need from our sponsor?

Vector artwork and a colour reference. Our studio converts brand marks into laser-ready paths and sends a render for sign-off before anything ships to site.

Do you work with DMCs and conference planners?

That is our core channel. Registered partners get 48-hour quotes, co-branded renders for their pitch decks and a protected margin on every show in the program.

What does a typical production cost?

Single-day shows start around $37K, multi-day flagship programs average about $45K, and multi-room immersive takeovers start at $250K. Every quote is fixed before contract.
